The Syrian civilian war has gotten completely out of hand. There has been a lot of destruction on property and a lot of civilian deaths that are ongoing currently.
The Syrian government has targeted the rebel groups resulting in this severe civil war and there is no end in sight as yet. What is happening instead is that there are very many Syrian civilians that have been detained in the Syrian jails unfairly and facing a lot of emotional, physical and sexual abuse in jail. The cities that were once outstanding in their life and beauty are now desolate and are covered with dead bodies and debris. There are hundreds if not thousands of refugees in the neighboring countries now who have nothing they can.
Iran on the other hand has been known to fund, train and offer weapons to militia and terror groups while harboring them on their soil. The country has declined any advice to stop doing so from the international community. It is a poorly kept secret that this is happening in Iran even though it is hard to understand why Iran insists on doing so. There hasn’t been much success in stopping this vice even from the US government. All that everyone knows for now is that Iran has been arming itself for years and that it has heavy and high end weaponry in its possession.
Since the start of the Syrian civil war, Iran has been in the forefront supporting the government under president Assad. Without this support, Assad’s regime would not be what it is today, it would have probably fallen. Iran has given Syria military support and training just to make sure that the government is not overturned. She has even help Syria train an army of 50,000 soldiers that will help protect the government from the rebels.
When the war just started, Iran helped the government fight but only by offering training for the regime force and also giving them intelligence. When the Syrian government almost fell, Iran tightened the ropes by deploying troops into Syria to go fight against the rebels. Apart from other types of weapons, Iran also provided chemical weapons for Syria. Iran provided Syria their best scientists who built them the chemical weapons.
Since Iran cannot supply these arms on the ground, they are doing this on air. There is an air corridor they established to get the arms both to Syria and to Lebanon through Syria. The US has authorized three airlines to transport these arms to Syria from Iran. Turkish authorities have stopped trucks that were headed for Syria and found them carrying loads of arms for example machine guns and ammunition.
